»| ANDY MOOR - United Kingdom |«

2005 has been quite a year for Andy Moor in the worlds Dj scene. He has just been ranked number 46 in the worlds most respected Dj poll, the djmag top 100 Djs (123,933 votes cast). The youngest Dj in the top 50, the highest mover in the whole poll and without doubt one of the most innovative + talented Djs in the world today. Only 25 years old he has been DJing for the past 12 years, but it is the past few years where his name will have become synonymous to most of you having performed to packed out crowds + fans in every corner of the world proving to all that have seen him why he is where he is today.

There are a number of reasons why Andy has been catapulted to the forefront of todays music scene, firstly his genuine personality amidst promoters, the public, fans and everybody he meets, leaving an impression before he's stepped foot behind the decks. Then comes his raw talent, technically perfect, knowing how to build the crowd, building tension in a room and letting go at the right time, and playing a unique cross genre blend of rocking melodic dance music. He is known for being unique and forward thinking in an otherwise extremely competitive indsutry, how does he do this? Well you will hear records that you will not hear anywhere else as Andy often produces tracks just for his performances offering a treat to all EDM (Electronic Dance Music) Hobbiests. Being such a prolific producer he is not just content with this, every record he intends on playing he takes into the studio and does something only a person with Andys talent can do - The records are either edited to suit his style, creating greater buildups, more tension and greater moments...or they are modified and blended with other records to create a live performance that will include what Andy feels are the best tunes of the moment, only with that extra something special. Being such a hardworking individual he likes to do his research, finding out if there is particular favorites of the crowd he is about to play, then adapting these tracks just for that gig,....just another re-enforcement of his dedication and position in the world today.

The next year will see Andys set gradually adopt the roll of a live performance, which will incorporate his own fx software which he is currently developing along with a portable control surface running from his laptops. This will allow live manipulation of the tracks and fx whilst still physically mixing on numerous CDJ's and turntables...

Andy Moor comments:
"I personally feel it is important to embrace technology into a dj/live performance situation, but it is still important to keep the physical element of djing alive. This will enable me no time to stand still on stage, constantly mixing with CDJs and turntables, effecting and creatively enhancing the music without going overboard hence keeping the flow and vibe and adding even more individuality to each performance"!

»| CHRIS ALLEN - Canada |«

Originally partnering up with local DJ, Kandaio to learn and hone his skills as a DJ, he had the opportunity to assist in Kandaios radio show that was broadcast worldwide on ETN.fm. Considered the shows Musical Director, Chris knowledge in the progression of music and different styles grew immensely. They also had the opportunity to interview such artists as Paul Oakenfold, Rank 1, Ferry Corsten, Dumonde, Mark Oliver, and many others.

Through the acclaim he received through his airtime on ETN, Chris then proceeded into the club scene playing at many local venues around London and Southwestern Ontario. Having played with many great DJs from around the area Chris is now finding his own niche and style in Electronic Dance Music.

After deciding to peruse a solo career things have only gotten better. He is currently airing his weekly radio show “BOOM” on two radio stations (Party107.com and Afterhoursdjs.org) and has no plans of slowing down. While he is also now concentrating on the business end as well as production, Chris continues to remain loyal and appreciative to the music and above all to the millions of people who enjoy it.
